Not quite right? No problem. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return your item.

How to return

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using tracked shipping. If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received your return or proof of shipment. If delivery costs were originally charged and you return your entire order, the standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

You may inspect and try your item as you would in a store. If an item is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.

Personalised items

Items personalised especially for you cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or do not match your order.
